Lien hoa Huyet Tuu
The kind of wine make from Lut rice in Chuon village marinated with Lotus flower. This is a special kind of nutritious rice, grown in mangrove waters, do not use pesticides and annual output is limited.
The Yeast is the special one which the Institude of medicine used before and Dr. Phan Tan To, vice Chairman of Thua Thien Hue province advise for the product.
Alcohol is distilled by copper jar, all process is handmade. Each distillation have 7-8 liter but they just take 0,5 liter to make Lien Hoa Huyet Tuu.
After that they marinated with lotus flower.
